*// Festive vibes First and foremost, a huge shoutout for Lisa and Watie (the twin terror siblings). Since day one, I've always envy their sisterly love they have for each other. They make an ideal model of a sister I wish I own. It would be nice to wear the same clothes. Hold hands while breezing through the streets. Sharing bedtime girly moments before sleeping. Head down for a scenic picnic. To the extend of being associated with blog-war and remain miraculous throughout. Just a particular flesh and blood to be precise, whom you can always fall upon to. How sweet, right? With that, Happy Babesday Koteks~!
Lastly, Happy Children Day too. There's always a kid in me. =) |

*//On a crossroad I find myself couldn't get my eyes off him but, I remain gentle with myself. Are there anything wrong with me? The word love just didn't choose coincidentally and rest in one’s heart, right? I feel honored that love came and called at my door but,I gently refuse the gift I cannot return cause no intention in any way to take advantage nor cause pain to this thing we have build for half a century. I know, sorry seems to be the hardest word. How I deal with love is how I deal with you and that's when you said: ".. Our hearts feel the same pain and joy, even if our lives and ways are different .." But, I still chose to leave. I do not try to reclaim it or to assess blame. I let it go with calmest of heart. There is a reason and there is a meaning. I hope you will know in time. As selfish as it may sound, I don't choose love but love chooses me. All I really do is accept it for all its mystery when it comes into my life. Feel the way it fills me to overflowing, then reach out and give it away. Give it back to the person who brought it alive in me. Give it to others who deem it poor in spirit. Give it to the world that revolves around me in anyway I possibly can. That is where many love go wrong. Having been so long without love, they understand it only as a need. They see their hearts as empty place that will be filled by love and they begin to look at love as something that flows to them rather than from them. The first blush of new love is filled to overflowing but, as it cools they revert to seeing their love as need. They cease to be someone who generates love and instead become someone who seeks love. They forget that the secret is that it is a gift, and that it can be made to grow only by giving it away. I always remember this words given from my late Granny, and keep it close to my heart. The word love has its own time, its own season and its own reason for coming and going. You cannot bribe it or coerce it or reason it into saying. You can only embrace it when it arrives and give it away when it comes to you. But if it chooses to leave from your heart or vise versa, there is nothing you can do and there is nothing you should do. It always has been and always will be a mystery. Be glad that it came to live for a moment in your life. Still, P.S. I love you. |

*// Lucky Note: This entry has been drafted nearly a week before posting. What was I thinking? Ramadhan has always been a month of pure bliss where I basked in great eatery sessions. Ever since we worked so close to one another it has made this bond stronger than ever through frequent meetups after work. Chat, cursing and swearing over dinner with Watie and stroll along while awaiting for Aiyda to end her work. Thankfully, we managed to slot a spontaneous session together. And somehow set a day for our Raya outing. It just that we had so much to say but, so little time. Nevertheless, I love you both. I had my fair share of feast at Gun's place to indulge to his great touch of "Ayam Masak Merah". Then I had a wholesome day of nothingness with Mamat and had our humble dinner at Sakura. I blamed him for causing a huge hole in my pocket cause while waiting for him at Bugis, splurging was what I can't resist. We meetup again from dining at Vivocity to chilling till midnight before proceeding to get a car. From Geylang strolling at 1am to craving for durian. From travelling at the road of east side to having out pre-dawn meal at Simpang Bedok, just the four of us. And just a day ago as I was dancing foolishly at the Event Ops office, I bumped with my other Bestfriends (Ramlee, Kencet, Aidil & Dung) which change my sober mode to joy of laughter. As lame as it may sound, I enjoyed it. I represent my company for a Clap and Cheer thing, mind you. It's like going back to those days where S-League was my playground. The entire Operations team clinch the best in performance hence, our dance routine will be used for the company's game. This year, the entire Sentosa MRE staffs will be grooving to gain bonus. Teehee~!

*// Once upon a time From 2002 to 2004 is a life changing decision for me when I decided to set foot in Electrical Engineering course ai ITE Dover. I didn't realize what have I drown myself into when I became the only girl in class. It's a huge character switch to conform to them from playing soccer during Sports Wellness to speaking their lingo. I go to the extend of wearing pants as I frequent ride on bike and having to climb heights for assignment. But, things got raved up when I became an OAC member. We were closely bonded with our outdoor-adventure activities and Johor was our favorite spot every midnight. Even in school, we have casual gatherings almost everyday. It made going to school such a breeze as all I looked forward to was meeting them. We even duplicate Leave Forms to excused ourselves from class. I started to clubbed intensely with their companion especially at Hard Rock Cafe and drawn too close with the nightlife for the first time that home was the last thing on my mind. And still related, here's a Babesday shoutout to Aizam~! Welcome to the 22 club, babe. Through these years we known each other, it has always been blissful encounters. Never once I was being judgemental cause to me, you've prove your worth. You've gone a long way, undenially. I'm ubberly proud of you. May Allah bestow neverending wealth and health to you and your loved ones. Capture those dreams you've shared and make it real. I'll be your backbone for now. Phuket awaiting us... =) |

*// Unimaginable This morning around 4am after having my pre-dawn meal and while waiting for the time to pray, I accidentally dozed off on the comfort of the sofa. During an hour lapse or so, I had the most terrible dream that set tears to my eyes while asleep. I tried effortlessly to snap out but to no avail. It was so surreal that the first thing I did when I awake was to call him. I got more anxious when there wasn't any response so, I send a text message and still no reply. So here I am, with brimming tears awaiting to hear from him. This time paranoia really strikes me hard~! To keep my mind off this for the moment, I shall sidetrack a little. The other day me and my darlings had a game of table soccer at an Adidas outlet in Vivocity. We were so engrossed with it that the noise was inevitable. I partner with Eila and we make great team together to go against our opponent. Despite them cheating a few balls and using Jay as their secret weapon, we still won. *smirks* The staff have to remind us to lower down our volume time and time again. But, being a bunch of ignorant us we shunned to the remarks and continued. But, how do people play or watch soccer in silence? Impossible. Out of sudden, I missed those regular football indulgence with my cliques during the ITE days. That's how a big fan I am especially to Liverpool. You'll never walk alone, baby~! =) |
