After attending Arshad's wedding, I scurry in a hurry for yet another short escapade to Pangkor/KL (the third time travelling just this year itself) for some breathtaking indulgence, being away from the hustle and bustle of this tiny city. Despite the trip was not something I recalled when I was there prolly a decade back, there were still reasons that make it all worthwhile. This is the first ever trip with my BFFs; the main reason that got me extremely excited. The boat ride made me screeched at the top of my voice. Brunching at A&W like the glutton that we are. Getting ourselves each an arm candy at the Paris Hilton boutique at the Pavilion. When there's things that plastered a smile on my face, definitely some are that ugly which is pointless to keep these grudges. So here I am spilling the beans.

What if you were given a choice to choose your accomodation from RM153 hotel with big, disgustingly stained and fragile 70 years old bed over RM50 apartment with standard bed, a scenic view balcony and better hygiene? I definitely prioritize quality over quantity! All the food places were extreme flies-infested which takes the appetite out of me. I was literally grossed out by the sight of it that I end up only having a Ramly burger, being my life savior. I have never been choosy over where or what to eat but, cleanliness is something I'll never compromise. To add salt to the wound, the 'red light' chose to come at a wrong time that I have to seized any water sports especially snorkelling and soaking myself in the clear water.

Another thing I wish to grumble about is the failed system on the transportation side. Unpleasant start while onboard the bus to and fro our destination. How can there be an extra passenger boarding when all the seats are occupied? And due to their miscommunications or whatsoever, we (being the biggest group of 13) were put to the blame even when we have purchased the tickets way beforehand. While at Puduraya, I am amazed by how well-driven they were to sell their product but being forceful and annoying is another issue. A pack of sc*mbags got a middle finger up by me for being ruthlessly rude. First by interrupting my conversation right in my face and the other for calling us 'proud Singaporeans'. And yes, I am a proud Singaporean if you must know! Thanks for making me realize that fact.

But, beneath all that I still went home sweet home as a contented girl and could have sworn I appreciate this tiny city so much more after the whole incident. Bestfriends doesn's always have to meet everyday or chat as often as they can due to our own commitments but, keeping vivid thoughts about them every single day is what made our friendship so true. They are whom I can rely on when my world comes crumbling down. They are whom that fought for me so justice prevailed. They are whom who foresee my flaws and all, still being here with me. They are whom I called my own. I know deep inside we are in this for a long run. Thank you for being the bestest I can ever wished for. *blows a kiss

And to the people below, thanks for being such great organizers and giving me a pleasureable hospitality throughout the trip. For accommodating and making everything fuss-free. Such free and easy itinery often bound to have minor glitches and hiccups but, overall no regrets. What matters is, great companion comes with greater fun. I won't mind having another holiday with my 'extended' family again. Bangkok; home of the shopping paradise next? We'll see about that!
