Reunion.
As promised, my unedited.. uncut blastful weekend. After nearly half a century, a total strength of close to 30 attendees present for our first ever gathering. Organized just for our batch itself whom made my birthday this year, accomplished with happy sentiments. Despite not having the usual full strength due to own commitments, there's more of such gathering that will sure bring us back to memory lane of non-stop laughters and hot gossips. But, there were a fair share of silence about some sob stories. We kick start the drama with warm hugs and those usual hyperactive antics. Some inside joke riddles to reminisce about those carefree ITE days. Not much camwh*ring made as we were more engrossed with talking endlessly like chicken backside. At the end of that night, I could have sworn the majority of us went home with a bad sore throat as momento. Thanks Sheik for a well-planned event. Goodbyes are the hardest thing to do when all we want was the night never comes too quick. Firman's expression proves it. With those funny poses just to exchange farewell. Gathering at the carpark area overlooking at their own vehicles. We were somehow delighted to see Vella (the one who got into an accident and got his leg amputated) still standing strong with his mightiest willpower. For that, he deserves our salutation. Seeing you walked again and smiling without caring for the world, makes us enable to continue praying for your well-being. I and Mimi shared the same birthday month hence, the emotion runs a little sentimental as we embraced each other. Raba'a being my partner in crime never fails to clicked with me instantly. It seems the topic of those Sunday Reggae Nights at Hard Rock Cafe always linked back to me. We surely do miss those days and missing you guys already. They seen me through my transition of the past till my present state and calling me a 'beautiful swan' is over-praising, in my opinion. I have always been me and people surrounds me are those whom make me feels beautiful. It blew all those stressful vibes away, undenially. Awaiting for those little plans all year round with these wonderful people, I'm glad they became and still a part of me. For Ariff whom has always been a great pillar for me ever since high school, I hope you brace through this rough patch calmly. I believe Allah always his blessing in diguise. For everything he took away from you, he will give you something better in return. One of the best moment in my life that is worth cherishing. Thank you for giving me a best gift one's can wish for as a birthday gift; a beautiful friendship. |

Beware; DBS I-bank.
Hey darlings of mine, I received a forwarded email earlier this morning and I thought I should share with my fellow shopaholics especially during this Great Singapore Sale where online shopping may be affected by this phenomena. Just a gentle reminder that there has been a replica DBS I-Banking. Hence, the bank have tighten the IB Device Security Code. If you find anything unusual while logging in, do report to DBS and have the page prinscreent as precautionary measures. Most importantly, stop all transactions as now online scam may get a tad too creative with their ways. Do click on the picture for enlarge view and read the article below. Practise safe shopping, babes! ".. Last night at around 8:20 pm, I tried to log on to DBS internet banking. I clicked on my Favorites and I was brought to the website below. If you are a DBS i-banking user, you will readily notice that this website seems to bedifferent as it is asking you for your DBS iB secure PIN right on the firstpage. Typically, you will only be asked for the DBS iB secure PIN afteryou have successfully keyed in your User ID and Password. In any case, since I did not suspect anything wrong, I keyed in the three numbersrequired. After I have entered the numbers, a new webpage appeared saying that I should wait for the SMS One Time Password (OTP). I waited for a few seconds and none came. That's when I suspected that something was wrong. So I called up DBS hotline and I was told that the website below is NOT their website. So DBS immediately cancelled my I-banking services and verified that none of my money were transferred. When I used my home computer and my colleague's office computer this morning to log on to DBS again, thankfully I was brought to the right website.I think that either my office computer or DBS' website (or both) had been compromised. In any case, I sent DBS a printscreen copy of the website as well as details of the URL. They said they will investigate. The customer service officer said that there are some cases similar to mine that have been reported to them previously .." - Extracted from an email |

Favorite Pastime.
I supposed I have put my knowledge and special touches of my art classes in high school to a fruitful round-about. I don't know if this is what its called talent but, my idea of this is to find alternative to express myself non-verbally. Obvious as it seems, I am never gifted with a candy tongue or knows how to get my way out by sweet talks hence, I spend my time adding smile to those whom meant so much to me. It started when I was tasked to decorate Eila's birthday giftbox and since then, I got hooked. From an accordian album to customised card. From scrapbooking to door hanger. I had it all in the bag and still working on another project for my girlfriend. That's my secret pastime I enjoyed doing all year round. When I sourced for the materials, I can't help but got stucked in the shop for hours and I am always alone. I know how I gave misery to those who tagged along with my fickled mind. I wish I am the owner of such shop. Still remember when I was at 'Made with Love' with Umra-jaan; from not planning to spent, we splurged nearly S$100 on embellishments and such. But now, online spree has made it a breeze for me. I believe time, effort and a tinge of surprise element are the most expensive gift that money cannot buy. If you love scrutinizing on people's hardwork, perhaps you should try do this yourself to see if you are that capable. Its not as easy as you think it is, I swear. =) |

Of Blast and Blunder.
Last weekend has been nothing but a wholesome of fun and laughter. Indeed, I've turned a year older and still feel blessed for the best possession I have; a life filled with simplicity and a bundle of joy whom I can call my own. A handful of dinner dates pending for the whole week and thereafter. Perhaps I should kick start on my 'Wicked Sunday' when I stumbled upon Wicked Aura Batucada performing at the hearts of town. I always have this little secret of wanting to be a street busker but, never had a chance to. They were collecting some funds to enable them perform for the prestigious Berklee Percussion Festival at United States. I love their main tagline on the poster, its really catchy. Heartshape decided to be in his support-local-talent mood and purchased their album; Louder than Light. Haha~ On an unrelated note, I am never racist but sometimes it just strikes me that my country has lost its own identity when thousands of different nationalities applied for Permanent Resident here. Especially the majority; China. They disgust me from their unshaved armpit hair to their pungent odour (due to fear of cold water in the morning). From yawning aloud like one retarded apek to those slu*ty women who seeks for Singapore men. From those irritating accents to stuffing food in their mouth like a pig. Its unsightly to start my cheery morning to. They may have this perception that the whole world speaks Mandarin/Dialects like they do and that everything revolves around them with their tiny knowledge of the outside world. Especially when I go for a session of manicure or buy my usual dose of Sweetalk, a simple instruction like 'express manicure' or 'oreo chocolate with extra pearls' is as good as talking to the wall. I will get a blur expression followed by a reply in Mandarin and when I replied that I don't understand them, they still continue speaking the way they do. They hardly understand a single phrase of English even when its the basic service that they provides. Even in terms of job hunting, there's requirement such as 'fluent in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients'. In that case they should have Hindi, Indonesian and yadayada as we have clients worldwide and not cater to China alone. Where have equality in the country vanished to? It's totally frustrating beyond words. My entry is oh-so random; just a medium to vent out my anger~ P.S. Thanks you for the overpouring wishes, may you be blessed too. =) . |

Cliche.
".. I've learnt through my lifetime that I can't help but give my heart to the one I love wholeheartedly; no matter how much it hurts on someday, I still stick around and do those littlest things to make that person happy. Cause that smile makes this life worth living for. I am lucky I have someone that makes saying goodbye the hardest thing to do .." - Sery Danceholic |

Moment in Life.
As much as I having the urge to invite this bunch of people to my mini birthday celebration, I did not. Just making it a small event planned by the wonderful family of mine and inviting only a handful of those I thoroughly missed. Fortunately for me, I could have sworn I do not see this coming and that this would be one of the best gift for my birthday. I received a call from Sheik then a nudge from Raba'a about a long awaited reunion with my Outdoor Adventure Club (OAC) aka my friends through rain nor shine in ITE Dover. It was an experience still vivid; marked an unforgettable chapter in my life. Which help develops my inner soul and make me to the person I am today. I never regretted not choosing some crappy courses in Polytechnic and persistent to detour myself at ITE. Or else, I would never come to know these people whom play a huge role in my life. I know we are in for a pocketful of endless laughter and chattering; a massive get-together. OAC gerek gilerrr! :.` It is the blessing of old friends that you can afford to be stupid with them `.: |

Online Fraud.
Updated: 21 May 2009 Note: Personal information has been hidden to protect one's identity. Click on the pictures to enlarge. I am nothing but nice when it comes to betrayal. Being a friend whom are equipped with ways to bring down such online scammers, I was willing to helped out resolved this case and not let her happily enjoy the money these innocent buyers painstakingly saved up. Heading to the police station ain't a easy peesy task. I managed to gathered another 6 additional victims by posting an entry in Sgflea. You girls are of great help through this process, thanks for the endless updates and creative ways to fool her. From strangers to bi*ching partners. At least something to let off the steam a little. We'll meetup to lodge the report together as a whole, later in the afternoon. Don't forget all the various documents liable as proof. Let's hunt her workplace at Zouk and perhaps burn her house at Sturdee Road. I'll haunt her till she lies in her deathbed and rot in hell. Evil people deserve ill intentions for being so ruthless. I thought the above emails were just that but, my inbox got flooded by more victims and supporters who are willing to go great length to assist. And, I never regretted posting a second entry in Sgflea which allowed me to save a handful innoncent souls who nearly got conned by her. I wasn't surprise she deleted her livejournal account (which I sense she have open another) after that huge hoo-haa we created in her blogshop. I'm nice when I'm nice but, once you fondled with my trigger be ready to get shot with my killer words. Thanks to the girls below for standing upright with me through the whole process and comforting emails. This really keep me preoccupied. The amount of victims increased day by day, to be continued... Amicell; xoxoz Clara; c.bargains Shijie; shijie_lin Kiang Pin; fate_fantasy89 Elaine; xynosure) Eileen; tornedandtattered Nurulia; myprettycrown Jolene Yeo; jolene_1992 Sylvia; swongwong Soh Yiling; paperwalls15 Sixteenseven; resoundinglove Janet Chua; ohmyminniemouse Jack Tan; mercoilza Stacy; stacylaw- Euphoria; yayadaboooom Nicole; so-nicole Cinderbellz; polkadotzlover Mas K; sweetie17 zebraroxx pushtsocket blu3dr3amz ojoucher p3rfecti0nist4 l0v3 theloveepistle thesweetcrib dramagiselle P.S. To those who love online shopping (like I do), make sure the blogshop has good feedbacks counter and own-registered user. Enquire about the items, ask for real pictures taken by the user and most importantly do a meetup if you are not confident. Get her personal details and if she refused, that's a sign for you to step back and stop all transactions at once. Save yourself from such dreadful incident, darlings~ This pathetic scammer is still on the prowl. She can run but, she can't hide that long from me. *evil laughter The case is finally solved like all of them said, I worked faster then the police force. After a day of googling around from Facebook to different Livejournals to Blogspot, I managed to consolidate some facts and tracked her down. I still believe I should be a detective or something. Haha~ That aside, I waste no time and head down to Bendemeer Secondary School to meet both the Principal and Vice Principal along with Clara and Kiang Pin. Her parents were contacted immediately and in less than an hour, I received a phone call from Mr Chee (the scammer's father) asking for the bank account number and the amount. A prompt refund was made to all the victims. I pitied her father as he have to go through great length to cover his daughter's misdeeds or else, the case would have been handed over to the court. Who ever says small crime is not a crime? She just messed with a wrong company! xoxo, Sery Danceholic |

When I caught a first glance on this item, I instantly fell head over heels for it. It took my breathe away; Temptress Rose Watch by Ed Hardy. It is tempting indeed. Can I have this for my birthday? Haha. P.S. And no, Heartshape its not a hint. Lalalalala~ |

*// The bottom of my heart Its never too early for this, right? I hope you like it~ Credits to Sweetmerveilles A mother's love determines how we love ourselves and others; by the first love that lit a glimpse of hope into one's life, particularly to mine. How much you bound up the wounds and continue to carry me in you for nine months despite all the hardships you encountered, without a single sigh. How much I never trade that kiss when you pecks on my cheeks and affirming me that I am the greatest gift in your life. How much I feels heaven on earth by that embrace which accompanied with the soft grace of your smile. Attributes I hope to own when I become a mother just like you, someday. I sat on bended knees everyday, closed my eyes and chanted prayers to the Almighty. The one thing I endlessly recite for that one person whom I can't live without. Though a broken and deprived childhood of mine, I never once vent these emotions on her. Though I fumbled an uncountable amount of times, I never once blamed it on her. Though the string of hope sometimes snap, I never once harbor a tinge of hatred on her. For she's a special gift that defines perfection through all the flaws that I hurdled through the years without any fears. Years flew by us too fast that only now, I was given the time to really connect with you. Sleeping under your armpit on most nights. Girly chats. Grocery shopping as those of retail therapy. For everything you have pull through you always have my standing ovation and a deep respect for your maximum endurance. You always prioritize our happiness before yours and its about right time, you do what truly make you smile. I and brother will always stand side by side to be that ever strong pillar for you to lean on. Now, its no more about us... Its about you, Momma. For all that you have sacrificed upon me, I can only return you with my unconditional love and a lifetime devotion. From bringing me up while shedding your sweat and tears to making me what I am today, I safely say you are my definition of world's greatest mum; Happy Mother's Day. I do hope you like the DIY gift and my plan for a family gathering to celebrate your day. That's the least I can do to make you live with satisfaction, let you know that love still exist and laughter is the best medicine to all sickness. I love you, infinity times~ xoxo, Your Daughter. :.` The heart of a mother is a deep abyss of which you will always find forgiveness`.: |
