A mother's love determines how we love ourselves and others; by the first love that lit a glimpse of hope into one's life, particularly to mine. How much you bound up the wounds and continue to carry me in you for nine months despite all the hardships you encountered, without a single sigh. How much I never trade that kiss when you pecks on my cheeks and affirming me that I am the greatest gift in your life. How much I feels heaven on earth by that embrace which accompanied with the soft grace of your smile. Attributes I hope to own when I become a mother just like you, someday.

I sat on bended knees everyday, closed my eyes and chanted prayers to the Almighty. The one thing I endlessly recite for that one person whom I can't live without. Though a broken and deprived childhood of mine, I never once vent these emotions on her. Though I fumbled an uncountable amount of times, I never once blamed it on her. Though the string of hope sometimes snap, I never once harbor a tinge of hatred on her. For she's a special gift that defines perfection through all the flaws that I hurdled through the years without any fears.

Years flew by us too fast that only now, I was given the time to really connect with you. Sleeping under your armpit on most nights. Girly chats. Grocery shopping as those of retail therapy. For everything you have pull through you always have my standing ovation and a deep respect for your maximum endurance. You always prioritize our happiness before yours and its about right time, you do what truly make you smile. I and brother will always stand side by side to be that ever strong pillar for you to lean on. Now, its no more about us... Its about you, Momma.

For all that you have sacrificed upon me, I can only return you with my unconditional love and a lifetime devotion. From bringing me up while shedding your sweat and tears to making me what I am today, I safely say you are my definition of world's greatest mum; Happy Mother's Day. I do hope you like the DIY gift and my plan for a family gathering to celebrate your day.
