Little did I know, my mini passion of scrapbooking have earned three orders by interested parties. As much as I do not know how the price range are like, I charged at the most reasonable and affordable rate (lower than the market price) cause I am not an expertise in this. Thank you for believing in my simple touches. I'll do my utmost best to follow closely all your preferred options and do come back for more. And in the midst of it all, perhaps just a sneak peek to my overdue birthday barbeque; a simple affair of family and closest friends. Still awaiting upload from darling Eila's camera. I was extremely elated and I'm sure my expressions speaks louder than words. Nothing more to asked for. Simply blessed!

Makeup junkie.
I am blessed to have a friend, Sara whom worked in MAC to inform me of new collections, what's hot off the press and whatnots. I daresay she is one of those Makeup Artist with calibre, in my opinion. And the array of Graphic Garden just made my heart skipped a beat. She said it has been launched in Tangs Orchard but, there are no updates in their official website and this items were on Preorder at Nordstrom (to be shipped on 17 July). Even my other favorite spree organizer, Fatin said the same thing. So which is which? Nevertheless, I am eye-ing especially on the Brush Set and I heard its retailing for S$95. The lipstick and eyeshadow looks just as tempting. Please bless my broken soul! *sobs

Chillaxing.
What better way to release those stress nerves than to shout our lungs out. I was literally at the top of my voice singing those old school rock with my signature dance moves. And when it comes to the high notes, I was left to suffer alone. Thanks ah! I became hyperactive at the sight of a microphone especially when its in the comfort and behind closed doors of Kak Rynne's abode at Telok Blangah. I met darling Yaya for a meal of our cheesy-sinful indulgence from KFC and proceeded to Marks & Spencer to buy free flow of snacks for our session. Spent our time till dark before heading home. On an unrelated note, I am an official Jinbara fan; a must have in the list when croaking away. Rock never die, babe!

Ibiza hippie.
After a long period of not meeting my beloved twins', we finally did. I met them at about two-ish and proceed with our plan to 'Life's a Beach' at Sentosa. This was organized by the radio station, FM98.7 and I won't miss this for the world to meet my favorite deejays (especially Young and Rozz) and take a picture or two. As a starter, we filled our stomach to satisfy my cravings for Banquet and with that done, we merrily took the Sentosa Express to the Beach Station and change via the tram to the Siloso Beach. Its funny how I bumped into so many familiar faces and had small talks with them. I feel much remembered by the people there and its a nice feeling to know. This place will always be a second home in my tiny heart. While standing under the hot scorching sun, we signed a partition and see them released a heartstring of balloons with the sponsor name plastered; Kotex. So unglam you may say! Little did I know my favorite local band, Wicked Aura Batucada was there to do an opening act. I swayed to their energetic music (despite the sand poking my feet) and shout my lungs out. And before I realized it, we were muttering continously ".. Kotex Kotex Kotex Kotex .." as appreciation to them. What makes it even better is definitely the companion of them both made all these sweats and 'bacin' scent worthy. Thank god for my Victoria's Secret, its body mist was such a life savior. Definitely handy despite being bulky. *chuckles shyly From being envy to that lucky chap who won the Blackberry. From voting for the Siloso Hotbods (whereby all the girls were nothing close to being hot) competition. From going floor by floor in search of the 'cashcard topup' machine at the huge carpark. From not having any sense of directions, we followed our heart through the road just to reach our destination. Few hours timespan was never enought yet, thanks Dida for sending me till Admiralty and Dee for the Ben & Jerrys treat. Till we meet again darlings! To sidetrack a little, here's my new art pieces for your viewing pleasure. Signed, sealed and delivered especially for my future sister-in-law whose birthday just passed and my dear Masila, as momento to bring back Abu Dhabi. I hope she received it on time before her flight. |

Seafood fiesta.
Pictures credits to Erlis; Thanks for uploading, babe! Since her presence in Singapore (which doesn't come by often), I thought it be nice to organized a gathering with the Sengal Clan, better known as my bestfriends. So I decided on something we are best at doing and that is none other than brunching to good seafood at Newton. We picked a stall which happened to be a Liverpool fan as its owner and to its entirety. I could have sworn we only took a pathetic-can-count-by-finger shots before indulging (or rather be a glutton) ourselves to the feast. Despite that, some were not in the picture; Din being the photographer, Adigun stealing a minute or two to smoke wherelse Kencet and Aidil were the stars, being late as usual. I had massive fun that day! Despite throating down some medication and suffering a mild chest pain, I breeze through it because of them. As my dear Masila have her own agenda, we sent her to town and after which the night continues for the rest of us at West Cost Park till about 5am. We had even more laughters, insight jokes and reminisced of the good old days. It is definitely rejuvenating to be around this bunch cause they made me feel unusually young and meeting them once in a blue moon is what made it all worthy. Reason being, the fondness is too overwhelming that we can yakked endlessly. The topic on marriage never fails to tickle me all over but, I know my fairytale will have its ending sooner or later. Insyallah. Next year, two will answer the wedding bells (yeay to that, already looking forward to it) and I wonder who will follow suit. My own prediction will be Din and Erlis. What say you? *winks :.` A bestfriend gives you faith and revolves to make your world go round `.: |

Of life and death.
Note: This is written to the basic of my knowledge on my religion. Everyone have their own beliefs and such hence, I respect that. Non-compliance to any parties if so, its pun intended. Death has always been my number one fear in life yet, it is a natural phenomena. Subsequently, life after death send shivers to my delicate spine. During one's life, man's deeds shape and mould its spirit for better or worse according to his deeds. When a person dies, the physical body is finished but the spirit remains as they are put to questioned on judgement day, enabling one to answer by all the other senses but, one's mouth. The sermons they gave before the body was buried never fails to give me goosebumps all over. The deceased aura usually gave a hint of goodness or the opposite. Sometimes, the pleasure of life makes one go astray and forget the presence of death until they were thrown a great test from the Almighty. Just two weeks ago, I followed Yaya darling to have our usual chillaxing session at Kak Rynn's abode. There were a group of her friends there too and particularly someone, I remembered calling 'Abang' but little did I know that second hello was a final goodbye for us. Recalling how healthy he looks as we karaoke happily and suddenly a mishap happened. He was brought to National University Hospital for check up only to diagnosed with last stage of cancer. His condition deteriorates rapidly and now, he is in safe hands of Allah answering to his call. Semoga rohnya dicucuri Rahmat (may his soul rest in peace), all his 'amal ibadah' (good deeds) be accepted by the most powerful and able to withstand 'alam barzakh' (life after death) by all the doa he received. Let's recite Al-Fatehah for the deceased. My condolences goes out to the family and friends. Inalilah. |

Solemnisation.
Note: Pictures credited to Masila. I first knew this couple while I was carrying my duty at Zoukout two years ago and sneak a dance or two in the midst and met at the dancefloor. The day after, she played a guessing game at my tagboard and perhaps Singapore seems to small when I found out she is my girlfriend's sister in law. Alhamdulilah, their solemnisation was successfully carried out on 11th June. As two souls become one, they are now officially 'halal' as husband and wife. She has always been beautiful but with that outfit and the makeup to die for, she looks excessively stunning. Pictures tell a thousand words but I shall just say one; blissed. I always digs happy ending and this is one of those. May this marital knot last a lifetime and thereafter. Insyallah. Congrats to you lovebirds, Arin and Nurul~ |

Smitten.
People whom know me will know how very much I'm deprived of technology knowledge and have not much interest in them; that I am never ashamed to admit. But I started to have heartmelt over Qwerty-keyboard phone and the Blackberry. It started out as love at first sight with Xperia and not long enough, my heart aflutter and changed directions to LG Prada (which I am still prying on). I am never born with a silver spoon in my mouth and to enjoy such luxuries, saving up is what I do best. When I got my delicate eyes fixed on you, I ensure that one day you'll be in my safe hands. Till then, I'll continue having you in my dreams, dear N97. |

The dramas.
If there's a better word to describe obsession, maybe you should know how highly addicted I am to these TV series where I can lie comfortably on my bed for hours with the laptop and a cup of Hershey's hot chocolate as companion, most times through the night. Watching every episodes from season to the other and never once bores me. YouTube is the best element for entertainment and as I lay my hands on the DVD for the whole season of 'Gossip Girl' and 'Secret Diary of a Call Girl', you know how worse it can get. I am already eyeing on the 'Weeds'. If I am ask to name the list, it would be neverending. Watching movies of all sort enable me to express myself better in words and not being reserved on how to show how I truly feels.
Dear Heartshape, ".. I might be a little concern with my hair. I might need comfort, more than my share. I might seem to follow fashion but claim that I don't care. My heart is your bestfriend when it rules my head. I might want to talk alot, don't ask me why. I'll get impatient if you don't reply. I might always search for something wrong I want you to deny. If you love me, just stay close and hold me when I cry. Don't try to understand me, I'm just a girl. I don't seek money but, I want your time cause I give my life for you when you are mine. I hurts me more than I can say when you pull away. But if you love, you should tell me everyday. I might like to take advice but, go my own way and its when I hurt the most, I swear I'm okay. Its always when you least expect, I say I want to stay. It might take just a single kiss to steal my heart away .." - Bachelor Girl P.S. 'Syurga Cinta' was awesome especially when Awal Ashaari (and that little boy too) is the main actors to the movie. At least, I didn't forget my roots to watch my own Malay productions. Already anticipating for Friday to come and I disappoint myself when I take a glance at the calendar. xoxo, Sery Danceholic |

Surprise, surprise.
Heartshape was awfully sick and being tad too paranoid over this Swine Flu that has invade Singapore, its best to take immediate action by paying the doctor a visit. It was sweet of him to ask in a panicking manner, if I was feeling ill too since I was out with him the whole of Sunday. Fair enough, I suffered from mild sore throat. Unlike him, he is shivering profusely while we had a short chat on the phone. It got me extremely worried and sent him to bed early. At this point of time, that is the least I can do. I ordered a 'surprise' advance breakfast delivery from Mcdonalds; to energize his empty stomach before he head down to the clinic and filled his Mom craving of hotcakes (hopefully, it reaches on time before she leave for work) since forever but, never had a chance to. As much as it made me smile to do this littlest thing for the person I love, I hope it engraved a smile to you too and take away the misery of being sick for a moment. Get well soon, baby!

Thinking of you, tonight.
When one's feel as dark as the nightfall, there's nothing as soothing as tuning in to some melodious tempo to soothe one's soul. Tonight I barely catch a wink cause all that kept rewinding and replaying were the picture of you at the back of my mind. I was delighted when you chose to take a longer route with me and that you sent me right to my void deck. But it kept my mind wander a little when unusual silence filled the air. I asked if you are okay. I glanced a look or two. Perhaps giving you that space won't suffocate you. As you pecked my lips while bidding goodbye and I turned my back, tears flow like waterfall. There's a first time to everything and that was a debut of discomfort, to end the day unlike any other day.
I stood by the corridor peeping as you disappeared from my sight. Sat at the staircase and sent a text message followed by another and with no response (assumingly you are fast asleep), I went back home with a heavy heart. I perform my usual prayer but, tonight in wishful hope that your giddy spell and ear irritation subside today so, you'll be working at ease later. You know me too well, I am never good with words but my actions always speak for itself. So with an unrest state of mind, I seek solace to Zee Avi and Yuna whom accompanied me through the night. The best part with their 'too good to be true' voice, it made me weeped even more. I am a baby like that and only you know that trait of mine. You are the true music to my soul. :.` I'll come and save you even if I have to face the queen `.: |
The one and only eyecandy to her late Nyai and Yai
She whom owe her living to her Family for always being there for her
Girlfriends are like gems and Friends are kept like treasure chest
After a long haul of Mr Wrongs, she finally found Heartshape to spend her life with
23-years of Melancholic and awaiting for her happily ever after
